Before You Visit

For an initial consultation, you don't need to bring anything specific. If you have recent pension statements or a list of your pension providers, that can be helpful, but it's not essential. We'll guide you through what documentation we need as our engagement progresses.

Yes. Our initial meeting is complimentary and carries no obligation. This conversation helps us understand your situation and allows you to assess whether we're the right fit for your needs. We'll only discuss fees if we proceed to formal engagement.

Absolutely, and we encourage it. Retirement planning often involves joint decisions, and having your partner present ensures everyone understands the options and can contribute to the discussion. If you both have pension arrangements to consider, we can address both together.

Initial consultations typically last around 45 minutes to an hour. Subsequent meetings vary depending on the complexity of discussions, but we always ensure adequate time to address your questions thoroughly without feeling rushed.

Yes, we offer secure video consultations for clients who prefer remote meetings or are located outside London. Many clients find a combination works well—perhaps meeting in person initially, then conducting follow-up discussions via video.

Send us an email at [email protected] with a brief outline of your situation and your availability. We'll respond within one working day to arrange a convenient time. Saturday appointments are available for those who cannot meet during the week.
